  4. Bowler Squat 10 yds

  5. Bear Crawl – Hips High   10 yds

  6. Band Supported Leg Lowering   8 reps ea

  7. March, Skip Forward & Lateral   March in place 4 marches, Skip fwd 10 yds, lateral skip 10 yds down and back

  8. Shuffle & Carioca   10 yds down and back

  9. Pogos   10 quick pogos, 10 pogos for height (minimal ground contact)

  10. Medial/Lateral Line Hop   8 reps ea
